USF World is hosting a talk about the current situation in the Ukraine to provide information and support to students and staff.  Provost Dr. Ralph Wilcox will provide an introduction and several panelists will discuss the recent events.

Dr. Darryl Slider, Professor, Department of Government and International Affairs, USF. Widely recognized as one of the leading authorities on Russian regional politics, federalism, and the rise of “Putinism.”

Professor Walter E. Andrusyszn, Adjunct Professor, Department of International Business, USF. Served at the White House as the Director for Northern and Eastern European Affairs in the National Security Council.

Mr. Bill Ostrowski, U.S. Army Special Forces Chief Warrant Officer (Retired). Provides U.S. Special Operations Command assistance with technology policy development and serves as a technology advisor.
