Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Description:

Thinking about studying abroad to Japan? Come to our info-session for the summer 2015 “Japan Study Program: Culture, History, and Society.” Learn how to participate in this learning trip to Fukuoka, Oita, Hiroshima, Kyoto, and Tokyo. In the mornings, students take basic Japanese language lessons and attend cultural lectures related to that afternoon’s cultural experiences. Excursions include an overnight stay at a Zen Buddhist temple, visiting the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, exploring Kiyomizu Temple and the Nishiki Market, and sightseeing the Golden Pavilion and Miyajima. Faculty Director Mako Nozu and Education Abroad Advisor Krissy Loveman will be at the info-session to answer all your questions!
