Title: How to Write a Successful Fulbright CORE Award Application
Date: Thu. Feb 26, 2015
Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Description:

Faculty who have attended any previous Fulbright Workshops (or those who already know they want to apply for a Fulbright Award to a particular country) are invited to attend this writing workshop.  They will learn helpful hints for writing a Fulbright application.  They also will see examples of successful applications and the multiple drafts people wrote to obtain these awards.  Writing a successful Fulbright Award application is different from writing the typical grant application.  Come and learn the psychology of success.  Dr. Darlene DeMarie, USF’s Fulbright Faculty Advisor, will lead the workshop.  In addition to writing a successful Fulbright CORE Award application herself, Darlene also served on the Southern Africa Review Panel in Washington DC for three years and the South Africa Review Panel in Johannesburg, South Africa for two years.
