USF World - Calendar Event Details
Title: Graduate Student Orientation
Date: Tue. Jan 10, 2017
Time: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Description:

Are you interested in funded opportunities to study abroad, perform research for your thesis or dissertation, intern in Tallahassee or Washington, D.C., or earn another graduate degree in the United Kingdom? Then attend a Graduate Student Orientation hosted by the Office of National Scholarships to learn about your options! National scholarships are externally funded opportunities financed mostly by the US government and private foundations and are very specific what the funding is for: study abroad, paid internships, research, critical language training, and graduate school to name a few. ONS facilitates applications out to these scholarship bodies by mentoring students to become competitive and apply for these funded opportunities.
