Information Session about Imagining Argentina Summer 2017
Tue. Nov 30, 1999
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Attend the Imagining Argentina 2017 information session to learn how you can travel to Buenos Aires and spend the summer immersed in Argentine culture. A walk through the streets reveals a mosaic of architectural styles; Buenos Aires is the port city, the tango city, and the city of endless cafes. Students will study issues that are relevant to Latin American language, cultural and literary production. USF's program in Buenos Aires offers courses in Intermediate Spanish Language, Spanish Conversation and Composition, Spanish for Health Sciences (depending on availability), and Literature and Politics in Latin America. These courses offered will count towards the Spanish major and minor. Find out how you can pair a Spanish class with INR 4931 – International Relations or POS 3931 – Comparative Criminal Justice Systems Dr. Pablo Brescia from the USF Department of World Languages [a native of Buenos Aires] will hold this session on Wednesday, February 8 in CPR 487 from 5-6pm. Come meet Dr. Brescia and find out more about this amazing program. View more information here, http://bit.ly/WJ0VH6.
