USF World - Calendar Event Details
Title: Global Climate Change Information Session
Date: Thu. Feb 16, 2017
Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Description:

An exciting opportunity for USF students to find out how to study Global Climate Change in Cusco, Peru, the historical capital of the Incan Empire. In addition to Global Climate Change, students will take one other class from a menu including Incan Architecture, Biodiversity of Peru, Photography, and Communications, for a total of 6 credits. All classes will be taught in English in a restored colonial building in the heart of Cusco and administered through the Universidad Ignacio de Loyola (USIL). Cusco is a bustling, vibrant city of 450,000 that is famous for its friendly people, great restaurants, and easy access to some of the most important archeological sites in the world, including Machu Picchu. (And, yes, a visit to Machu Picchu is included in the program!) The program runs during Summer Session A, from May 14 – June 20, 2017.
