Using Hofstede's cultural dimensions theory as a framework, this workshop gives participants the language and tools to describe how culture informs the ways in which we interact with the world and prepares them to communicate more effectively in diverse environments. This event is open to any interested students, faculty, staff, and scholars. Participants pursuing the Global Citizens Award may count this workshop as one of their eight required on-campus global events.
