Description: Taxation is financial collection that a government demands from the public and is an important part of economic policy in a country. With a short history of less than twenty years, the new Chinese taxation system has experienced a series of reforms and changes. All these changes also represented the change of economic policies in China. Professor Xiaonong Zhang who is associate director of Confucius Institute at USF, has taught several courses related to taxation at Business School of Nankai University, Tianjin, China. In her lecture, Professor Zhang will address:
