Description: Kenyan economics professor and Associate Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs at the United States International University, Dr. Francis Wambalaba, discusses Strategies for Improved Irrigation Water Supply for Rural Peasants in Least Developed Countries: A Differential Diagnosis. Dr. Wambalaba is a certified planner and has worked as a Transportation Planner for the City of Portland and a Senior Research Associate at the Center for URban Transportation Research in the U.S. He has a PhD in Urban Studies, an M.A. in Urban Studies, an M.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration.
