Sponsoring a J-1 Scholar:
Faculty who plan on sponsoring an international scholar must complete the DS-2019 Request form and submit it to International Services.

International Travel and Emergency Medical Insurance Coverage
The Education Abroad Office supplies insurance through an institutional agreement with CISI for participants going abroad on international USF faculty-led programs, or for individuals who will be conducting university business related to the establishment and continuation of study abroad programming. The current cost of the coverage is $45.00 per month (it cannot be prorated for shorter trips).
