Online Payment Instructions

Step 1: Go to OASIS (Online Access Student Information System)

Step 2: Enter your log-in information. Your User ID (your USF U# or Social Security Number with no hyphens) and your default PIN is your birthday as express: MMDDYY. So January 2, 1981 would be 010281. Please note, that for any other needs of your student record, your user ID is also your student number. If you have to order a transcript or pay any additional fees, you will be asked for this number. Your PIN will only be used online.

If this is the first time logging into OASIS, it will ask you to set a new PIN and security question.

Step 3: On the Main Menu, go to “Student and Financial Aid”

Step 4: On the Student and Financial Aid Menu, go to “Tuition, Fees & Payment”

Step 5: Select wither “Pay by Bank Card” or “Pay by Online Check” Please note that the USF Cashier’s Office charges a $10 “convenience fee” for using a credit or bank card. If you use an online check you will not be charged the additional fee.

Step 6: Once paid, please send Ms. Barbara Pickett confirmation of your payment (pickett@iac.usf.edu). Normally we have students bring the receipts in, but since you are paying online you’ll only be given a confirmation screen and not a receipt.
