Deadline Approaching: Fulbright International Education Administrators Program to Germany
January 26, 2012
The Fulbright Scholar Program invites senior administrators to apply to participate in a group seminar on Germany’s higher education system. The program is open to U.S. university, college and community college administrators who work directly with offices of international exchange and study abroad, career services, alumni affairs or development and fundraising. The first week of the two-week seminar is held in Berlin and provides an introduction to Germany and its higher education system through briefings, government appointments, campus visits and cultural events. During the second week, participants are split-up into small sub-groups to enable more specific focus on individual professional interests. Some of the groups will travel to other parts of Germany.
