USF World Hosts 3rd Annual Fulbright Breakfast
November 6, 2013
Fulbright grants are one of the most prestigious awards in higher education, allowing recipients to research and teach overseas in their field of study. Because these grants are merit-based, they are highly competitive.
USF World recognizes faculty and scholar contributions to Fulbright programs by awarding scholars a USF World Fulbright medal. On November 19, 2013, President, Judy Genshaft will award medals to the 2012-13 Fulbright scholars, including scholars that have come to teach and conduct research at USF. The annual Fulbright breakfast serves as a token of appreciation by acknowledging the scholars and allowing them to share their experiences.
